RatioNexFlow vs Kubera
Kubera is a subscription net worth and portfolio tracker from Kubera Apps, Inc. that puts bank, brokerage, crypto, property and other assets on one balance sheet. Connections are read-only, and the product does not execute transactions.
RatioNexFlow is a crypto portfolio tracker that shows the risk inside a portfolio, not only its value. It connects to exchanges with read-only keys or reads a statement file, holds no funds, never trades and never advises. Kubera is described below from its own pages; the numbered sources at the foot of this page are what each cell rests on.
Where they differ
- Kubera is a net worth tracker for everything you own: bank and brokerage accounts, property, vehicles and crypto on one balance sheet. RatioNexFlow is crypto only and goes deeper into that one asset class.
- Both are read-only, keep nothing in custody and never execute a transaction.
- Kubera has no free tier and starts at $250 a year after a 14-day trial; RatioNexFlow has a Free plan and Pro at a list price of €29 a month or €290 a year, with the first 30 days free while Pro is on sale.
- Kubera records positions and values and shows allocation, IRR and CAGR against the S&P 500; it names no drawdown, concentration or VaR figure. RatioNexFlow computes those risk measures from trade history (Pro).
- Kubera has no price alerts and no per-token risk screening; RatioNexFlow has both.
- Kubera refreshes crypto prices every 20 to 30 minutes; RatioNexFlow every minute while the app is open.
Feature by feature
| Feature | RatioNexFlow | Kubera |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | YesNo card, no time limit. Statement imports and manual entry, prices refreshed every minute, dashboard and ROI, Threat Protection on supported tokens, 1 active price alert, 3 Ask questions a month, Market Intel by the hour and day. These are the Free plan's limits; the Pricing page shows whether they apply today. | NoNo free tier. A 14-day trial of every feature, then a paid plan chosen when the trial ends; the terms say any trial fee is shown at sign-up.[1][5] |
| Paid plan | YesPro: €29 a month or €290 a year, VAT included where it applies. While Pro is on sale, the first 30 days are free once per account and checkout asks for a card. Stripe handles the payment. | YesThree yearly plans in US dollars: Essentials $250 a year; Black $2,500 a year, which adds ownership tags, nested portfolios per person, trust or entity with access control, and guided onboarding; VIP $10,000 a year with a named person for set-up, data clean-up and one-to-one sessions. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.[1][7][5] |
| Custody of your funds | NoNo wallet, no custody. Your assets stay on your exchange or in your own wallet. | NoNo custody and no wallet of its own. Kubera has no private keys or bank credentials, tracks wallets by public address only and cannot move money.[4][12] |
| Places trades or swaps | NoNever trades, swaps or withdraws. Every connection is read-only; there is nothing to execute. | NoRead-only by design: it cannot trade, swap or purchase, and the site states nothing in its architecture can start a transaction.[2][4] |
| Exchange connections by API | Partly16 exchanges with read-only keys, on Pro, in beta: Kraken, Kraken Futures, Bybit, OKX, Binance, Coinbase Advanced, KuCoin, Bitget, Crypto.com Exchange, Bitstamp, Bitvavo, Gemini, Bitfinex, MEXC, Gate, HTX. | Yes20+ crypto exchanges by API key (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken and others), read-only. The full list is kept in a spreadsheet linked from the help centre, so the exact count is not stated.[8][4] |
| API key permissions | YesQuery-only keys. Binance, Bybit and Coinbase keys are checked read-only with the exchange; for the other 13 you confirm it when you connect. Keys are encrypted at rest and never sent back to your browser. | YesAsks for read-only API keys; the Binance US guide tells users to confirm the key has read-only access. Bank and brokerage links go through aggregators that return a read-only feed, and credentials never reach Kubera's servers.[4][11][12] |
| On-chain wallets | PartlyRead-only wallets on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, Solana, major tokens only (Pro). | YesWallets by public address per chain; the help article lists 17 chains, among them Ethereum, Bitcoin, BSC, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche, Arbitrum and Optimism, plus hardware and app wallets by address. Crypto prices refresh every 20 to 30 minutes.[9][8][18] |
| Statement import | YesCSV, XLSX and PDF exports from 12 exchanges, auto-detected and parsed in your browser: Kraken, Coinbase, Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, MEXC, Bitget, Crypto.com Exchange, Bitstamp, Gemini, Bitfinex. | PartlyFile Import reads a PDF, CSV or screenshot with AI and extracts asset and debt balances of manually tracked items for review. A second import on an asset's Cash Flow tab reads transactions into dated cash-in and cash-out entries, without price or quantity.[14][15] |
| Manual entry | YesAdd trades and holdings by hand for any exchange or wallet. | YesAssets that cannot be connected are entered by hand as a value or as quantity and price, crypto by ticker symbol. Kubera records positions and values rather than individual trades.[13] |
| Portfolio risk measures | YesEquity curve and drawdown from your daily balances, time- and money-weighted returns, concentration (HHI and effective positions), Sharpe, Sortino, Calmar, VaR, CVaR and beta against BTC, each with its method stated and an honest N/A when the data is missing (Pro). | PartlyAllocation by asset class and owner, IRR per position, CAGR against the S&P 500, a daily net worth history, Recap reports of value and allocation changes, a tax estimate and a Fast Forward scenario view. No drawdown, volatility, concentration, correlation, Sharpe or VaR measure was found.[3][17] |
| Per-token risk screening | YesThreat Protection, in beta: 17 rules on contract permissions, trading tax, liquidity against market value, pools and holder concentration, on tokens it can resolve on-chain, read from GoPlus, DexScreener and CoinGecko. No coin is exempt: a coin in CoinGecko's top 250 with no token contract on a supported chain is read from its market figures, and a major coin (top 20 by market value, at least 5 years of price history, at least $100 million traded a day) keeps its full result with its score capped at low. Results are kept for up to 6 hours and checked again in the background; it is not a live detector and does not guarantee to detect any hack or scam. | NoNone stated: no per-token contract, liquidity or holder checks on the crypto pages or in the help centre.[2][19] |
| Alerts | PartlyPrice and % change alerts, checked about every minute: an in-app toast on any page, with sound and a system notification on Pro. Free has 1 active alert. E-mail and push are planned, not available. | NoNo price alert feature is stated. Documented notifications are the Dead Man's Switch (inactivity check-ins, then delivery of the portfolio to named beneficiaries) and observations from a connected external AI assistant.[1][3] |
| AI assistant | YesAsk your portfolio (beta): plain-language questions answered from your own holdings, verdicts and history, with the figures it used. Powered by Claude from Anthropic, off until you turn it on, and it never advises. Free: 3 questions a month; Pro: 50 a day. | PartlyNo built-in chat. An MCP server lets external assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others) read net worth, value history and Recap reports and create or update assets, debts and sheets; a Claude connector is listed as coming soon. In-app: AI Appraiser for hard-to-price assets and AI-based File Import.[24][25][26][1] |
| Tax | PartlyA CSV export of closed trades and reward income (Pro). No tax report and no country forms. | NoNo tax reports or forms. A Tax Estimate applies a user-set rate to unrealised gains per asset; the site says Kubera is not a tax filing tool.[16][2] |
| NFTs and DeFi positions | NoNot tracked. | YesDeFi, staking and NFT positions from wallet addresses are tracked as live positions; the help centre names Maker vaults and Uniswap pools on Ethereum, BSC and Polygon.[2][10][1] |
| Stocks, cash and other assets | NoCrypto only. | YesIts core: bank and brokerage accounts through aggregators (Plaid, MX, Yodlee, SnapTrade, Salt Edge and others), stocks and funds by ticker on US, Canadian, UK, European and Asian exchanges, property by address or Zillow link, vehicles by VIN, domains, private investments, collectibles via AI Appraiser, debts and mortgages, in several currencies.[1][13][26][4] |
| Platforms | PartlyWeb app that installs on a phone or desktop (PWA). No app-store apps. | YesWeb app; iPhone, Android and desktop versions install from the browser as home-screen apps, with no App Store or Google Play listing linked. A per-user REST API under Settings.[20][21][22][23] |
| Company | YesRatioNexF OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17605569), registered 2026. The product has been live in beta since 10 October 2026. | YesKubera Apps, Inc., a Delaware corporation; CB Insights places the office in Palo Alto, California and the founding in 2019. The site says it has no outside investors; its founder letter is signed by Rohit Nadhani.[5][30][6] |
| Trade ideas or ratings | NoNone. RatioNexFlow measures and flags; it never tells you what to do. | PartlyNo trade ideas or ratings; the site says it offers no guidance and is not a registered financial adviser or broker-dealer. A target-allocation table shows rebalance suggestions against user-set percentages, and the planned Claude connector lists AI-generated insights.[5][6][27][25] |
| Data and privacy | YesData in Supabase Postgres in London, UK (eu-west-2), encrypted at rest and isolated per user. No data sales and no advertising. If you turn on Ask, each question and a redacted portfolio summary also go to Anthropic. | YesData on AWS in North Virginia, US, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and sent over HTTPS, not end-to-end; EU transfers under standard contractual clauses. No ads and no sale of personal data (limited non-financial data such as an e-mail address may go to advertising platforms, never for EU users), bank credentials never stored, and a SOC 2 Type II report.[5][4][28][29] |
What RatioNexFlow does not do
- No app-store apps: it is a web app you can install on a phone or desktop.
- No NFT or DeFi-protocol position tracking.
- No tax report: only a CSV of closed trades and reward income.
- No stocks, cash or other assets: crypto only.
- Live exchange connections are in beta and cover 16 exchanges; statement import covers 12. Anything else is manual entry.
- E-mail and push alerts are planned, not available.
- Threat Protection reads a coin in CoinGecko's top 250 with no token contract on a supported chain from its market figures only, does not check a coin it cannot find on a supported chain or in CoinGecko's top 250, caps a major coin's score at low, and is not a live detector.
What we could not find on Kubera's site
- An exact count of connectable crypto exchanges: the help centre says 20+ and keeps the list in a spreadsheet.
- Any price-alert feature or its channels.
- Any per-token contract, liquidity or holder checks.
