RatioNexFlow vs CoinStats
CoinStats is a crypto portfolio tracker on web, iOS and Android from Coin Stats Inc, founded 2017. It syncs exchange accounts and wallet addresses with read-only access, and also offers its own in-app wallet, swaps through 1inch, an AI agent on its paid plans and Glider-powered token risk scans on the Degen plan.
RatioNexFlow is a crypto portfolio tracker that shows the risk inside a portfolio, not only its value. It connects to exchanges with read-only keys or reads a statement file, holds no funds, never trades and never advises. CoinStats is described below from its own pages; the numbered sources at the foot of this page are what each cell rests on.
Where they differ
- CoinStats is a tracker plus a wallet: it swaps through the 1inch network and runs Earn from a connected wallet. RatioNexFlow has no wallet, no swaps and no purchases; every connection is read-only.
- CoinStats measures a portfolio with a Health Score and allocation charts. RatioNexFlow computes drawdown, concentration, Sharpe, Sortino, VaR and CVaR with the method stated, on Pro.
- CoinStats syncs far more sources: 300+ wallets and exchanges and 120+ blockchains, against RatioNexFlow's 16 exchanges, 12 statement formats and 6 wallet chains.
- CoinStats shows a Technical Trust Score, Bull Market Prices and AI suggestions for a portfolio. RatioNexFlow shows measurements and risk flags and never suggests an action.
- CoinStats Premium is $15.99 a month or $167.99 a year, in US dollars; RatioNexFlow Pro's list price is €29 a month or €290 a year, with the first 30 days free while Pro is on sale. Both have a free tier.
Feature by feature
| Feature | RatioNexFlow | CoinStats |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | YesNo card, no time limit. Statement imports and manual entry, prices refreshed every minute, dashboard and ROI, Threat Protection on supported tokens, 1 active price alert, 3 Ask questions a month, Market Intel by the hour and day. These are the Free plan's limits; the Pricing page shows whether they apply today. | YesBasic is free: up to 10 portfolios, 20,000 transactions and 10 syncs per portfolio a day, with custom alerts, the heatmap, asset allocation and P&L included. The AI agent and ad-free use are on the paid tiers; Token Risks and Time Machine on Degen only.[1] |
| Paid plan | YesPro: €29 a month or €290 a year, VAT included where it applies. While Pro is on sale, the first 30 days are free once per account and checkout asks for a card. Stripe handles the payment. | YesPremium at $15.99 a month, or $167.99 a year shown as $13.99 a month. Degen at $89 a month, or $755 a year shown as $62.91 a month. A quote-based Team tier. Yearly plans carry a 7-day free trial. Prices in US dollars.[1] |
| Custody of your funds | NoNo wallet, no custody. Your assets stay on your exchange or in your own wallet. | PartlyOffers its own in-app CoinStats Wallet, with keys created in the app and exportable, next to read-only tracking of external wallets and exchanges. In June 2024 CoinStats told users to move funds out of 1,590 wallets created in the app after a security incident; externally connected wallets were not affected.[7][25] |
| Places trades or swaps | NoNever trades, swaps or withdraws. Every connection is read-only; there is nothing to execute. | YesSwaps through the 1inch network from the CoinStats Wallet or a connected wallet, with a 0.5% fee plus gas (the pricing page lists 0% swap fees on paid tiers), and Earn from a connected DeFi wallet. It does not place orders on connected exchanges.[20][1][8] |
| Exchange connections by API | Partly16 exchanges with read-only keys, on Pro, in beta: Kraken, Kraken Futures, Bybit, OKX, Binance, Coinbase Advanced, KuCoin, Bitget, Crypto.com Exchange, Bitstamp, Bitvavo, Gemini, Bitfinex, MEXC, Gate, HTX. | YesThe home page states 300+ wallets and exchanges as one figure; the help centre's list names 48 centralised exchanges synced by API and 3 by CSV only. Connections are read-only, and the number of portfolios is capped per plan: 10, 100 or 500.[2][9][8][1] |
| API key permissions | YesQuery-only keys. Binance, Bybit and Coinbase keys are checked read-only with the exchange; for the other 13 you confirm it when you connect. Keys are encrypted at rest and never sent back to your browser. | YesAsks for read-only API keys ("Set API Key Permissions to Read-Only"); the help centre says most functions need read-only access only. Whether a key's permissions are checked with the exchange is not stated.[8][6] |
| On-chain wallets | PartlyRead-only wallets on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, Solana, major tokens only (Pro). | YesAny public address, on 120+ blockchains per the home page (about 146 in the help centre's list). History per chain is capped, for example the last 12,000 actions on the major EVM chains and the last 2,500 on Solana.[10][2][9] |
| Statement import | YesCSV, XLSX and PDF exports from 12 exchanges, auto-detected and parsed in your browser: Kraken, Coinbase, Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, MEXC, Bitget, Crypto.com Exchange, Bitstamp, Gemini, Bitfinex. | YesCSV exports of exchanges without auto-sync, plus any file through a Custom Exchange template with column matching; the result is shown as a manual portfolio.[11] |
| Manual entry | YesAdd trades and holdings by hand for any exchange or wallet. | YesA Manual Portfolio takes transactions by hand: coin, type, amount, exchange, pair and fee, on web and mobile.[12] |
| Portfolio risk measures | YesEquity curve and drawdown from your daily balances, time- and money-weighted returns, concentration (HHI and effective positions), Sharpe, Sortino, Calmar, VaR, CVaR and beta against BTC, each with its method stated and an honest N/A when the data is missing (Pro). | PartlyA Portfolio Health Score (red, orange, green) built from volatility, liquidity and market cap, allocation charts, a web heatmap of performance and concentration, a portfolio-vs-market chart, P&L and fees paid. No drawdown, correlation, Sharpe ratio or VaR figure is named; some sections need Premium or Degen.[13][14][15][1] |
| Per-token risk screening | YesThreat Protection, in beta: 17 rules on contract permissions, trading tax, liquidity against market value, pools and holder concentration, on tokens it can resolve on-chain, read from GoPlus, DexScreener and CoinGecko. No coin is exempt: a coin in CoinGecko's top 250 with no token contract on a supported chain is read from its market figures, and a major coin (top 20 by market value, at least 5 years of price history, at least $100 million traded a day) keeps its full result with its score capped at low. Results are kept for up to 6 hours and checked again in the background; it is not a live detector and does not guarantee to detect any hack or scam. | YesToken Risks and Trust Score, powered by Glider with the security firm Hexens: a smart-contract scan that detects 22 issue types (blockable transfers, hidden fees, centralised minting, upgradeable or pausable contracts, blacklists) on EVM chains, for Degen plan users.[16][1] |
| Alerts | PartlyPrice and % change alerts, checked about every minute: an in-app toast on any page, with sound and a system notification on Pro. Free has 1 active alert. E-mail and push are planned, not available. | YesCustom alerts on price, NFT floor price, total market cap, volume and portfolio value (the last for Degen only), included from the free plan up, plus automatic price notifications for portfolio coins and wallet transaction alerts. Delivered as push to registered devices and the web; e-mail delivery is not stated.[17][1] |
| AI assistant | YesAsk your portfolio (beta): plain-language questions answered from your own holdings, verdicts and history, with the figures it used. Powered by Claude from Anthropic, off until you turn it on, and it never advises. Free: 3 questions a month; Pro: 50 a day. | YesCoinStats AI Agent (beta) for Premium and Degen: a Deep Research mode over on-chain data, social sentiment and technical indicators, a Fast mode, a Backtesting mode and a Private toggle that routes through Venice AI. It can analyse P&L and suggest portfolio adjustments.[18][1] |
| Tax | PartlyA CSV export of closed trades and reward income (Pro). No tax report and no country forms. | PartlyNo in-house tax calculation: a Report Taxes button hands the selected portfolios, read-only, to partner CoinLedger at a 10% discount. Transactions and balances export to CSV.[19] |
| NFTs and DeFi positions | NoNot tracked. | YesDeFi positions detected from connected wallets and grouped by protocol (the home page says 10,000+ protocols on 50+ chains; a help article says 1,000+ on 10+). NFTs on Ethereum and Base, with floor-price alerts.[21][22][2] |
| Stocks, cash and other assets | NoCrypto only. | NoNo stocks, ETFs, bank accounts or property. A Fiat line can be added by hand in asset allocation, and the coin list has an RWA tab for tokenised assets.[15][2] |
| Platforms | PartlyWeb app that installs on a phone or desktop (PWA). No app-store apps. | YesWeb, iOS (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch) and Android; a Mac widget app and a Firefox add-on exist as well.[7][23] |
| Company | YesRatioNexF OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17605569), registered 2026. The product has been live in beta since 10 October 2026. | YesOperated by Coin Stats Inc under Delaware law (Terms); the App Store seller is COINSTATSAPP LLC. Founded 2017 and headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia, according to CB Insights; the site itself states no address.[3][23][24] |
| Trade ideas or ratings | NoNone. RatioNexFlow measures and flags; it never tells you what to do. | YesCoin pages show a Technical Trust Score, Bull Market Prices, a risk analysis and user trends; the paid tiers list an AI Bull Market Price and an Exit Strategy tool; the AI agent offers "actionable next steps". The site's disclaimer says none of it is investment, financial or trading guidance.[6][1][18][5] |
| Data and privacy | YesData in Supabase Postgres in London, UK (eu-west-2), encrypted at rest and isolated per user. No data sales and no advertising. If you turn on Ask, each question and a redacted portfolio summary also go to Anthropic. | PartlyStorage location is not stated. The Privacy Notice says data may go to recipients in other countries under EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, that personal information is not rented or licensed to third parties, and that breaches are notified within 72 hours.[4] |
What RatioNexFlow does not do
- No app-store apps: it is a web app you can install on a phone or desktop.
- No NFT or DeFi-protocol position tracking.
- No tax report: only a CSV of closed trades and reward income.
- No stocks, cash or other assets: crypto only.
- Live exchange connections are in beta and cover 16 exchanges; statement import covers 12. Anything else is manual entry.
- E-mail and push alerts are planned, not available.
- Threat Protection reads a coin in CoinGecko's top 250 with no token contract on a supported chain from its market figures only, does not check a coin it cannot find on a supported chain or in CoinGecko's top 250, caps a major coin's score at low, and is not a live detector.
What we could not find on CoinStats's site
- Where CoinStats stores user data: the Privacy Notice names no country or region.
- Whether alerts are also sent by e-mail, and how many alerts each plan allows.
- A headquarters address: the Terms name Coin Stats Inc under Delaware law; Yerevan, Armenia comes from CB Insights, not from coinstats.app.
- Which countries and tax forms the CoinLedger hand-off covers.
- Whether card purchases through Ramp, announced on the CoinStats blog in 2023, are still offered: the help article on fiat purchases now returns an error page.
