Withdraw from a contract

EU consumers can withdraw from RatioNexFlow Pro within 14 days of ordering it, without giving a reason. How to do it, and the model withdrawal form.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a RatioNexFlow Pro subscription within 14 days of the day you ordered it, without giving a reason. Section 10 of the Terms of Service sets out the right and what is refunded.

With your account: the withdrawal form

Signed in? Open the withdrawal form. It is in Settings → Plan & billing → Withdraw from contract here, shown while you can withdraw.

The form is filled in for you: your name, the contract (for example "RatioNexFlow Pro, monthly, ordered on 3 November 2026"), the e-mail address for the confirmation, and the statement "I withdraw from my contract for RatioNexFlow Pro." You can change the name and the e-mail address. Confirm withdrawal sends it.

By e-mail or by post

You can also send us any clear statement that you withdraw, for example by e-mail to hello@rationexflow.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. You do not have to use the form. Please give the e-mail address of your RatioNexFlow account, so that we can find the subscription.

Your withdrawal counts from the time you send it: it is in time if you send it within the 14 days.

What happens next

  • We confirm your withdrawal by e-mail straight away, with its content and the date and time you sent it.
  • The subscription ends and is not charged again.
  • If you withdraw during the free 30 days, you pay nothing.
  • If you had already paid for Pro, we refund the payment within 14 days, to the same payment method, at no cost to you. If you asked for Pro to start straight away, we keep only the part of the price for the days you had Pro before you withdrew.
